Welcome Dragon Boat Teams!

Team Roster

Your team will have at least 20 members including 18 paddlers, one drummer and one flag catcher with a minimum of 8 females among the paddlers. You may have a maximum of 25 team members. Capital City Dragon Boat Race will provide you with an experienced sternsman through the American Dragon Boat Association. We recommend that you register 20 team members plus 5 alternates. Team practice and race times will be announced and communicated to team captains.

The completed Team Roster/Athlete Waiver form must be turned in by the Team Captain at practice.

Event Location

The Capital City Dragon Boat Race will run for 250 meters along Hawk Island Park. Viewers will be able to see the entire race!
